1440 MDPL Villa & Resort

Welcome to 1440 MDPL Villa & Resort. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, booking platform, accommodations, facilities, and services. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by 1440 MDPL Villa & Resort.
A reservation shall be considered confirmed only after:
- The required payment or deposit has been received.
- A booking confirmation has been issued by our reservation team.
- Reservation details have been verified.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. 1440 MDPL Villa & Resort shall not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by guests.
2. Rates and Payments
All rates displayed on our website are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
Rates may include applicable taxes and service charges. Additional charges may apply for additional guests, special requests, transportation services, tour packages, or additional amenities.
We accept payments through approved payment methods available on our booking platform, including bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards, QRIS, e-wallets, and other authorized payment channels.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure a reservation.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM (WIB)
Check-Out Time: Until 12:00 PM (WIB)
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests may be required to present valid government-issued identification upon check-in. International guests may be required to present a valid passport.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on room type, package, promotional offer, or specific booking conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival may qualify for a partial or full refund.
- Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of arrival may be subject to cancellation fees.
- No-show reservations may result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
5. Reservation Modifications
Requests to modify reservation dates, accommodation types, occupancy levels, or guest information are subject to availability and applicable rates at the time of modification.
1440 MDPL Villa & Resort reserves the right to refuse modification requests that cannot reasonably be accommodated.
6. Occupancy Policy
Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for the reserved accommodation.
Additional guests may be permitted only upon prior approval and may be subject to additional charges.
For safety and operational reasons, unauthorized occupancy exceeding the permitted limit may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
7. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
Guests agree to:
- Comply with all resort rules and regulations.
- Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
- Use resort facilities responsibly.
- Supervise children under their care at all times.
- Follow instructions provided by resort staff.
1440 MDPL Villa & Resort reserves the right to refuse service, remove guests from the property, or terminate a stay without refund if a guest engages in unlawful, dangerous, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
8. Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, destruction, or excessive cleaning costs caused directly or indirectly by themselves, their visitors, or members of their group.
The cost of repair, replacement, or restoration may be charged to the responsible guest.
9. Personal Belongings and Security
Guests are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, valuables, vehicles, travel documents, and other personal property.
While reasonable security measures are maintained, 1440 MDPL Villa & Resort shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to secure valuables appropriately during their stay.
10. Force Majeure
1440 MDPL Villa & Resort shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, landslides, floods, earthquakes, extreme weather conditions, fire, government actions or restrictions, public health emergencies, utility failures, and transportation disruptions.
In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or reservation modifications may be offered at management’s discretion.
11. Outdoor Activities and Adventure Experiences
Guests participating in outdoor activities and adventure experiences offered or facilitated by 1440 MDPL Villa & Resort, including Jeep Tours, Hiking, Trekking, Camping, Sightseeing, Nature Exploration, and other outdoor recreational activities, acknowledge that such activities involve inherent risks.
Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Guests agree to follow all safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, activity operators, and resort staff.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1440 MDPL Villa & Resort shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, or accidents arising from participation in such activities.
12. Use of Resort Facilities
Guests may use the facilities provided by 1440 MDPL Villa & Resort in accordance with applicable rules and operating procedures.
Facilities may include accommodation units, restaurant and dining areas, camping grounds, viewing decks, scenic viewpoints, children’s playgrounds, parking areas, Jeep Tour facilities, and other public amenities.
Guests are required to use facilities responsibly, follow all posted instructions, maintain cleanliness, and supervise children under their care.
13. Natural Environment and Highland Area Risks
1440 MDPL Villa & Resort is located in a highland and mountainous area where environmental conditions may change without notice.
Guests acknowledge and accept risks associated with such environments, including slippery surfaces due to rain, dense fog, strong winds, uneven terrain, sudden weather changes, limited visibility, and other natural hazards.
Guests are expected to exercise caution and follow all safety instructions while within the resort premises and surrounding areas.
14. Food and Beverage
Guests are responsible for informing resort staff of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions before consuming food or beverages provided by the resort.
Although reasonable precautions are taken during food preparation, 1440 MDPL Villa & Resort cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
15. Events and Group Reservations
Additional terms and conditions may apply to weddings, corporate events, meetings, gatherings, tour groups, and group reservations.
Separate agreements may be required for such bookings.
16. Photography and Drone Usage
Personal photography and videography for non-commercial purposes are generally permitted.
Commercial photography, filming, content production, media projects, or drone operations require prior written approval from management.
1440 MDPL Villa & Resort reserves the right to restrict activities that may interfere with guest privacy, safety, or resort operations.
17. Website Use
Users of booking.1440mdpl.com agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or interfere with website functionality and security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these provisions.
18. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website and reservation system will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of information necessary to provide our services.
19. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on booking.1440mdpl.com, including logos, images, graphics, text, branding materials, website designs, and promotional content, is the property of 1440 MDPL Villa & Resort and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1440 MDPL Villa & Resort shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of enjoyment, loss of profits, travel disruptions, third-party service failures, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any liability arising from a reservation or use of our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the guest for the applicable booking.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
